What Logpulse does
A food and training tracker built around one idea: logging should take a sentence, not a session.

Log by voice, all at once
Tap the mic and say it how you'd say it: "200g chicken breast and a cup of rice, walked 4k, bench 80 for 5 for 3 sets, weighed 84.6". Logpulse splits the sentence into separate entries and fills in calories, protein, carbs and fat.
- Several foods, drinks and workouts in one go
- Understands grams, kilos, cups, slices and "a couple"
- Barcode scanning for packaged food
- Type instead of talking whenever you like
- Tap any entry to fix it
Speech is converted to text on your iPhone. Audio is never stored or uploaded.

Your day at a glance
Calories left, protein, carbs and fat, water and steps on one screen. After each log you get a plain answer to "how am I going?", like how much protein is still to go and what that looks like in real food.
- Targets set from your age, height, weight, activity and goal
- Cardio burn counted conservatively, so the app never flatters you
- Daily water target and reminders
- Supplements checklist

Progress that makes sense
A weight chart with your planned line and your real trend, a week of calories at a glance, and the last fortnight against your target. You'll see whether the plan is working, not just whether today was good.
- Planned versus actual weight
- Days logged and weekly averages
- Apple Health and Apple Watch import for steps, workouts and weight

Meal plans and recipes
Pick 2 to 6 meals a day. Logpulse builds a plan that lands on your calories and protein, skips your allergies, and leans towards the foods you tell it you like. Above three meals there are no snacks: your food is split into even, proper meals.
- 130 meals, each with a method
- Every ingredient weighed raw and sized to your plan
- Different meals each day, or meal prep mode
- Shopping list in raw weights, by aisle, sent to Notes
- Excludes 23 allergens and diets, from gluten to vegan

A training program with the next weight worked out
Tell Logpulse how many days you can train, your equipment and experience. It builds a 2 to 6 day split and uses double progression: when you hit the top of the rep range on every set, the weight goes up next time.
- Full body, upper and lower, and push pull legs splits
- Gym or home versions of every move
- Log each set straight from the session

AI coach and weekly check-in
Formulas are a starting guess. After at least ten full days of food and four weigh ins, the weekly check-in works out what your body actually burns from your real intake and weight trend, then suggests new targets. Changes are capped and you approve every one.
- Ask about food, training, protein or your week
- Runs on device with Apple Intelligence where available
- Built in safety limits: no crash diets, no extreme deficits
